Kleefeld-Basement Suite
Suite available immediately as a lease reassignment for July (rent would be prorated based on when move in) and August @ $1,000/mth. An additional year signing is required after this, which would start Sept. 1st @ $1,200. Utilities (water, hydro, internet, cable) are included in the rent. There are no pets allowed. Appliances in the suite are: fridge, stove, washer and dryer (in suite), and microwave. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is an option for parking inside the garage for an extra $75 a month. The landlord will need to approve the tenant as well. It is a single occupant lease agreement (so only one person is allowed to live in the suite).
