I have a room ( single person )I am renting in my house for $600. a month. ( No deposit). The room is on the main floor. It has a TV and small fridge in the room. There is a bathroom across the hall we share. We also share kitchen , laundry room , large deep freeze in basement. Actually you live here like we do. Dont need to ask to use anything. You only need to buy your grocies ,cook, and do your own dishes. Air condition. There is a second bathroom in basement with stand up shower. Must do all smoking outside.
